Hydrophilic cotton gauze with open weave, non-adherent, uniformly impregnated with a polyethylene glycol based cream containing Hyaluronic Acid and Natural Extracts (Centella Asiatica and Urtica Dioica). Fylladerm causes an acceleration of tissue regenerative processes, as, thanks to its particular composition, it favors the migration of the cells responsible for the formation of new tissue. The basic principle is to create a barrier effect, which allows the restoration of optimal conditions for the healing process. Fylladerm does not adhere to the skin lesion and allows free drainage of the same allowing the passage of the exudate to an absorbent secondary dressing. The dressing is well tolerated by the skin, conformable, adaptable and easily applicable.

How to use
Before applying, cleanse the affected area. Remove the dressing from the package and apply, gently, in a single layer directly in contact with the wound surface. If necessary, cover with a secondary absorbent dressing and secure with a bandage or plaster. Before each new use, it is recommended to clean the wound with physiological solution.
The frequency of dressing changes depends on the clinical condition of the skin lesion and varies from one to more applications per day, always making sure that the dressing always remains moist and soft. The physician is responsible for assessing the frequency of dressing changes and defining the number of applications. It is advisable not to leave the dressing in place for prolonged times. If, in fact, the dressing is left in place for an extended period, it can adhere and damage the tissue when it is removed. In these cases, before removing it, place another greasy gauze over it to impregnate the one below.

Components
Hydrophilic cotton gauze with open weave. The warp (96 by 10 cm) and weft (94 by 10 cm) threads are suitably intertwined to minimize fraying, in the event that the dressing is cut into the desired shape.

Warnings
Do not use in cases of known sensitivity to the components of the product. A prolonged use can give rise to sensitization phenomena. In this case, it is advisable to stop therapy immediately and consult your doctor. Keep the device out of the reach of children. After use, do not dispose of the product in the environment. Do not use if the package is not intact. Do not use beyond the expiration date indicated on the package. Do not leave the dressing in situp for periods of time longer than those indicated by the clinical protocol. Disposable device. Reuse may cause microbial contamination and / or loss of device functionality.
In case of home use, the device can be disposed of as waste that can be assimilated to unsorted municipal waste. In a hospital environment it must be disposed of as clinical waste in accordance with current legislation.
