How to use
Take 10 ml (measuring cup) 2-3 times a day. Keep the liquid for about 30 seconds in the mouth and then swallow.

Warnings
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not administer during pregnancy. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects. The supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet.
