Gametogen what it is for
Gametogen is a food supplement based on Myoinositol, A-Lipoic Acid, Coenzyme Q10, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B2, with Selenium and Zinc.
Gametogen is useful in case of nutritional deficiencies of these substances.

How Gametogen works
Gametogen supplement is effective thanks to the synergy of its components:
- Myoinositol , carbocyclic polyol present in many foods, especially cereals, nuts and fruit, especially melons and oranges. Inositols, of which myoinositol is part, have a biological role of cellular second messengers, i.e. molecules that allow the cellular response to stimuli received by the cell membrane through the activation of other substances that regulate cell activity, for example 'insulin;
- A-Lipoic Acid (Thioptic Acid) , an important enzymatic cofactor within the Krebs cycle, a metabolic process useful for directly supplying energy to the cell;
- Coenzyme Q10 (Vitamin Q or Ubiquinone) , plays a fundamental role as an electron carrier in the oxidative phosphorylation process that takes place in the mitochondrion, an organelle directly involved in metabolic-energy processes and protection from oxidizing agents. In particular, mitochondria are present in large numbers in sperm cells, where they provide the energy necessary for the motility and vitality of the spermatozoa;
- Vitamin B2 , which contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to normal energy metabolism;
- Vitamin B6 , which contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism, normal protein and glycogen metabolism, normal energy metabolism and regulation of hormonal activity;
- Vitamin B12 , also contributes to normal energy metabolism and normal homocysteine metabolism, as well as to the cell division process;
- Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to normal spermatogenesis;
- Zinc , an essential trace element, contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, normal fertility and normal reproduction.

How to use and Dosage of Gametogen
It is recommended to take 1 sachet twice a day between meals. The two daily intakes must be separated by about 10 hours. The product uses a particular technology that produces dispersible and non-soluble microgranules; therefore, having poured the contents of the sachet into a glass of water (about 150 ml), it is advisable to mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Gametogen's particular Fast-Slow pharmaceutical technology guarantees, through the regular administration of two sachets a day, coverage of the 24 hours of the day.
Gametogen can also be taken by people with gluten and lactose intolerance or sensitivity. The product is naturally lactose free.
Gametogen Warnings and Contraindications
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place away from light, localized heat sources, sunlight and avoid contact with water. The minimum storage term refers to the product properly stored, in unopened package. For the use of the product it is advisable to consult the doctor's opinion. In rare cases, lipoic acid can cause hypoglycemia.

Bulking agent: sorbitol; Myoinositol, α-Lipoic acid coated (talc, shellac, silicon dioxide, glycerol), maltodextrin, acidity regulator: citric acid; flavorings, thickener: pectin; Coenzyme Q10 (ubidecarenone), zinc bisglycinate, dye: beta-carotene; sweetener: sucralose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), sodium selenite. Naturally lactose free.
