Ganodex Body Cream

Moisturizing cream based on beta glucan extract derived from fermented Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum); It is suitable for people suffering from skin disorders as daily application makes the skin smoother, softer and more elastic.

Ganoderma lucidum has a long history of use as a remedy to promote health and longevity in China, Japan and other Asian countries. It consists of proteins (variable percentage from 10 to 40%), fats (2-8%), carbohydrates (3-28%), fibers (from 3 to 32%) and some vitamins and minerals. In addition to these, mushrooms contain a wide variety of bioactive molecules, such as terpenoids, sterols, polyphenols, nucleotides and their derivatives, glycoproteins and polysaccharides. Polysaccharides, peptidoglycans and triterpenes are the three main physiologically active constituents of Ganoderma lucidum. A feature of mushrooms is that they are capable of producing a wide variety of high molecular weight polysaccharide structures. Polysaccharides represent structurally different biological macromolecules with broad spectrum physiochemical properties. Their structure, molecular weight and size strictly depends on the cultivation techniques: through fermentation the aim is to enhance the polysaccharide component and, in particular, that of beta-glucans. The fermentation process and the subsequent extraction allow to obtain a product with a high content of beta-glucan with a high molecular weight (higher than 104), absorbable and which maintains the triple helix structure.

AQUA, COCOS NUCIFERA (COCONUT) OIL, PARAFFINUM LIQUIDUM, STEARIC ACID, MEL (HONEY), GLYCERIN, CETYL ALCOHOL, BETA GLUCAN, POTASSIUM SORBATE, SODIUM BENZOATE.

Dermatologically tested product. Natural and non-steroidal beta glucans. Reduces itching, redness, irritation and dryness. Easily applicable.
