How to use
We recommend taking one sachet dissolved in water in the evening before bedtime.
A second sachet can be taken during the day according to individual needs or as needed.
To ensure optimal dispersion of the product in the water, it is advisable to pour the granules into the glass first and then the granules, taking care to meculate well.
