Active principles
Glucoraphanin : innovative element of the Mediterranean Diet and present in high concentrations in Brassicaceae (family to which broccoli belong), with antioxidant action.
5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) : direct precursor of serotonin (5-HTP), one of the main mediators and regulators of mood, sleep and appetite. 5-HTP is rapidly absorbed orally.
Turmeric : the rhizome of turmeric contains an important healthy active ingredient, curcumin, a pigment with a characteristic yellow color.
Melatonin : main hormone secreted by the pineal gland, produced from serotonin. Its secretory peak is between midnight and five in the morning.

How to use
2 capsules a day with water before bedtime.
Warnings
In case of liver or biliary function alterations or gallstones, the use of the product is not recommended. If you are taking any medications, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, it is advisable to consult your doctor. Do not use in case of thyroid dysfunction, with alcoholic beverages, while driving vehicles or machinery and under 18 years of age.
