Eucalyptus honey, multiflora pollen aqueous extract 1:1*, fructose, propolis aqueous extract 1:1*, rhodiola [Sedum roseum (L.) Scop., maltodextrin] root dry extract, glycerin, fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L. ) seeds aqueous extract 1:1*, royal jelly, flavouring; acidifier: citric acid; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.

How to use
Shake well before use.
It is recommended to take 10 ml (equal to 14 g) of product dispersed in liquids or taken as it is, up to a maximum of 3 times a day (equal to 42 g) preferably before or during breakfast and lunch.
