GemelliHealth ™ Cardio Balance Giuliani Nutritional Supplement

Food for Medical Special Purposes (AFMS) i indicated as a nutritional supplement for the dietary management of the nutritional deficit of subjects suffering from heart failure.

GemelliHealth ™ CARDIO BALANCE has a hyperproteic formulation, characterized by the presence of a mix of hydrolyzed proteins and micellar caseins in addition to a lipid combination based on linseed oil (rich in essential polyunsaturated fatty acids of the omega 3 series) and micro-encapsulated fish. The formula contains creatine, carnosine, coenzyme Q10, carnitine, taurine and olive extract titrated in oleuropein, supplemented with carefully selected red fruit extracts. The profile of the product is completed by micronutrients and trace elements chosen on the basis of the main deficits detected in patients with heart failure.

GemelliHealth ™ CARDIO BALANCE must be used under medical supervision and indication. It is not suitable for use as a sole source of nutrition and must not be administered parenterally. The product may pose health risks if consumed by people not affected by the disease, disorder or pathological state for which the product is indicated.

How to use

GEMELLIHEALTHTM CARDIO BALANCE is suitable for consumption and oral administration in adult patients, for whom the product has been specifically formulated. The dose should be determined by the physician based on the specific needs estimated, based on clinical evaluation. As a guideline, it is recommended to take 2 sachets per day to supplement the normal diet (replacement of secondary meals or as a supplement to main meals). Instructions for preparation Dissolve each 25 g sachet in approximately 150 ml of still water at room temperature and mix well before taking. Use immediately and do not refrigerate after reconstitution.

Method of conservation

Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children. The expiry date refers to the product properly stored, in unopened package.
