Composition

USEFUL INFORMATION ON THE MAIN INGREDIENTS

DHA : they are essential and indispensable fatty acids for the correct functioning of the organism which is not able to synthesize them independently.
Vitamin C : increases the absorption of iron, contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the normal formation of collagen, a protein necessary for the formation of connective tissues. This vitamin also has an antioxidant action that protects against the harmful effects of free radicals.
Folic Acid : contributes to the growth of maternal tissues in pregnancy and to normal hematopoiesis. With the supplementary intake of folic acid, maternal folate is increased which, if low, is a risk factor for the development of neural tube defects in the fetus.
Vitamin B2 : contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal iron metabolism, the maintenance of normal red blood cells and the normal functioning of the nervous system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B6 : contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, to normal psychological function and to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen.
Vitamin B12 : contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the normal function of the immune system.
Vitamin D3 : its demands increase during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It intervenes in the cell division process and contributes to the normal use of phosphorus and calcium.
Pantothenic acid : contributes to the normal synthesis and normal metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters.
Iron : contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin. More iron is needed to meet the increased demand for hemoglobin synthesis.
Iodine : contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and to normal thyroid function.
