Food supplement based on lemon balm, griffonia and saffron, useful for promoting the normal mood. Lemon balm and griffonia also contribute to relaxation and mental wellbeing.
The dry extract of Melissa Officinalis helps to counteract anxiety and promote relaxation.
The 5-hydroxytryptophan, present in the dry extract of griffonia is a precursor of Serotonin and is involved in mood control. Furthermore, being also a precursor of Melatonin, it helps to regulate sleep rhythms. Griffonia also helps to counteract the sense of hunger.
The dry extract of saffron (Crocus Sativus), obtained from the stigmas of the flowers, contains the Safranal, a substance that improves mood in conditions of stress.

Baill.] Tit. 98% 5-HTP, saffron stigmas eg (Crocussativus L.) tit. 2% safranal; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Gluten free and naturally lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take one capsule a day, to be swallowed with water or other suitable liquid.
