Positioning
Insert your hand into the orthosis so that the splint is aligned with the thumb and that the last joint is free.
Tighten the hook and loop closure on the wrist for firm yet comfortable support.
Pull the flap with the hook and loop closure around your thumb so that it passes between the thumb and index finger from the dorsal to the palmar side. Then secure the tab with the hook and loop fastener.
