GineMed Lavender Vaginal Medic Italia Gynecological Solution

Based on tindalized lactobacilli, indicated in the rebalancing of the vaginal bacterial flora and pH at physiological values

GINEMED Vaginal lavage, medical device, consisting of a mixture of tindalized lactobacilli contained in an innovative reservoir cap (RewCap®) mounted on a pre-filled bottle with a solution based on Tea Tree Oil and Aloe vera. Powder and solution are combined at the moment of use thanks to the practical patented RewCap® packaging system.

The bottle contains :

Water, Melaleuca alternifolia (Tea Tree) essential oil, Aloe vera gel, Lactic acid, Polysorbate 20, Potassium sorbate, Sodium benzoate, Perfume.

The fuel cap contains

Lactobacillus acidophilus Tindalized, Lactobacillus rhamnosus Tindalized, Micronized Silica, Maltodextrin.

Indications

• Restoration of the vaginal physiological conditions (rebalancing of the vaginal bacterial flora and pH) which may be altered as a consequence of infections, prolonged antibiotic treatments and / or other genital affections of the woman;
• Adjuvant in the treatment and prevention of bacterial vaginitis and vaginosis and fungal infections (candida);
• Protective / soothing in the irritative states of the vaginal mucosa.

Method of intake and dosage

• To restore vaginal physiological conditions in case of infections or irritations, we recommend 1 application per day, in the evening or in the morning, for the first 4 days; then continue with 1 application per week for the next 4 weeks. Treatment should be started and ended in the intermenstrual period.
• For prevention 1 application at the end of each menstrual cycle.
• In case of diseases of the vaginal mucosa of bacterial origin (such as vulvovaginitis) or fungal (such as candida) it is suggested to use the lavender in the morning, after using an egg for specific treatment in the evening.

Warnings

Store at room temperature away from heat sources and protected from light. The expiry date indicated refers to the intact and correctly stored product.
The product is for vaginal use. Do not swallow. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity and incompatibility towards any component of the product. In confirmed or presumed pregnancy and in case of concomitant local pharmacological therapies, the use of the gynecological solution must only take place on the advice of your doctor or pharmacist. Use only on intact mucosa. The product is not intended for pediatric use. Keep the product out of sight and reach of children. Prolonged use of the product, as with all topical products, can give rise to sensitization or local irritation, if this happens, stop the treatment and consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not use the product if the package or cannula is damaged or not perfectly intact at the time of first opening. Use the product in accordance with the instructions for use. The container should only be used immediately after opening. Any residue must not be reused. Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the package.
