Ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) Is a perennial herbaceous plant whose roots (rhizome) are fresh or dried. It is a spice adopted only in recent years by western cuisine, but well known for its numerous properties already in ancient oriental cultures. Ginger, due to the presence of a yellow essential oil whose main substance is called gingerol with an intense characteristic flavor, is particularly suitable for assisting the physiological digestive function. The single-component Ginger preparation contains a dry extract of Ginger titrated to 5% gingerols.
Ingrediants
Ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) Rhizome es *, maltodextrin. Quantities per recommended daily dose (two tablets): es * of rhizome ginger 600 mg titrated to 5% gingerols (30 mg) * es = dry extract.
How to use
We recommend taking two tablets a day to be swallowed with water.
