Ingredients
L-glutamine (Kyowa Quality), maltodextrin, N-acetyl L-glutamine, L-glutaminealphaketoglutarate, flavouring; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; acidifier: citric acid; sweetener: sucralose.

Gluten and lactose free.

Instructions for use
Take 8 g (equal to 1 sachet or approximately 4 level scoops) dissolved in a glass of water, preferably in the evening before going to bed, for at least 20 days.
