Glucerna® Select 1.0 is a food consisting of a mixture of macro and micronutrients with a high protein content for better control of the glycemic response. For administration by tube.

INDICATIONS

Glucerna® Select 1.0 is a food for special medical purposes to meet the specific nutritional needs of diabetic patients (type I and II) or who are in particular conditions of impaired glucose metabolism (stress hyperglycemia). The high protein content accelerates cell restoration processes.

ADVICE FOR USE

Instructions for use: Glucerna® Select 1.0 is ready for use. Shake well. Store closed at room temperature. Avoid prolonged exposure to light.

Administration by tube: the rate of administration and the volume must be adapted to the patient's condition and tolerance. Water can be added if there is a greater need for fluids. Avoid contamination during preparation and administration. Throw away any unused after 24 hours of administration.

Important warning: this product can be used as your sole nutritional source or as a supplement. Do not use in children. Do not use in case of galactosemia. Not for parenteral use.
