Glucomannan contributes to weight loss * and is useful as an adjunct to low-calorie diets. Glucomannan in the stomach absorbs water and forms a jelly that promotes satiety.
* Beneficial effect obtainable with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each, according to the methods of use indicated and in the context of a low-calorie diet.

Recommendations for use

We recommend taking 3 tablets with 1-2 glasses of water, three times a day, about 1 hour before meals (for a total of 9 tablets a day). Close carefully after use.

Glucomannan (Amorphophallus konjac) roots ES (titrated to 90% in dietary fiber), microcrystalline cellulose °, gum arabic °, maltodextrin from corn or rice, silicon dioxide °°, magnesium stearate of vegetable origin °°.
