Functionality of the ingredients

Food supplement based on glutamine, mineral salts and vitamins, useful for the sportsman's diet. Glutamine is an amino acid and as such is part of the composition of proteins. The latter contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass . Furthermore, iron and vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C and folic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue .

Recommendations for use

It is recommended to take 8 tablets once or twice a day on an empty stomach or at least half an hour before meals (8 to 16 tablets a day). Close carefully after use.
