Functionality of the ingredients

Glutathione and selenium supplement. Selenium, in particular, contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, supports normal thyroid function and the immune system, promotes normal spermatogenesis and promotes the maintenance of the health of nails and hair.

Recommendations for use

We recommend taking a level measuring spoon (3 g) to be diluted in water once a day; suggested on an empty stomach or about 30 minutes before meals. Pour the powder into the dry glass, add the water and then mix. Measuring cup included in the package. Close carefully after use.
