Probios Gluten Free Chickpea Flour
Probios gluten-free organic flours are a precious base for the preparation of many recipes suggested by your imagination.
Probios chickpea flour is obtained by grinding Italian chickpeas. Used throughout Italy for the preparation of typical regional recipes such as "Ligurian farinata", "Tuscan cecina" or "Sicilian panelle". With an unmistakable scent, if added to other flours, it can also be used for original versions of pasta, or for delicious baked goods.
All Probios flours are packaged in a protective atmosphere in order to maintain the organoleptic qualities unaltered over time.
