Corn and rice pasta. Internally striped penne format. Artisan product without gluten with GMO-free raw materials without the addition of thickeners or preservatives. The gold drawing stresses the dough less and gives an ideal porosity and permeability to the condiments. Furthermore, the slow drying at low temperatures preserves the nutritional properties, enhancing the flavor and aroma.
Cooking time: about 12 minutes.
