GLUTIOX® is a food supplement composed of reduced L-glutathione, Desmodium adscendens (Desmodium adscendens [Sw.] DC.), Milk thistle (Silybum marianum [L.] Gaertn., Fruits) titrated at 80% in silymarin, betaine, N-acetyl-L-cysteine, choline, Picrorhiza (Picrorhiza kurroa Royle, root) titrated to 4% in kutkina, vitamin E, selenium, transresveratrol, folic acid, vitamin B12.
The milk thistle is a medicinal plant widespread throughout the Mediterranean basin, with a digestive and hepatic function.
Picrorhiza kurroa, rich in phenolic glycosides, triterpenes and polysaccharides, is a medicinal plant that grows in the north-east of India on the slopes of the Himalayas, between 3000 and 5000 meters, with digestive and hepatic function. Betaine (trimethylglycine) is made from sugar beet. Choline contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function.
