Selenium, Zinc, Vitamin C and Vitamin E effectively contribute to maintaining healthy hair, by protecting cells from the oxidative stress of free radicals. Cystine and Methionine are sulfur amino acids present in keratin, the basic protein of hair and nails.

Ingrediants

• Selenium, Zinc, Vitamin C and Vitamin E protect cells from oxidative stress produced by free radicals. Vitamin C promotes the body's immune defenses.
• Iron linked to oxygen transport and coenzymatic functions essential for energy metabolism, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C facilitates the intestinal absorption of iron.
• L-Cystine (amino acid involved in the development of nail and hair tissue) together with L-Methionine (essential amino acid involved in the synthesis of cysteine) provide the structural plastic elements of the keratin of nails and hair.
• Vitamin A regulates the synthesis of keratins through an action on sulfhydryl radicals, it also strengthens cell membranes and maintains the elasticity of the skin, preventing dryness.

How to use

Take 2-3 capsules per day.

Do not take during pregnancy. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
