Gold Creatine is a food supplement for athletes based on creatine monohydrate (Creapure®) and L-Taurine. Creatine increases physical performance in case of repetitive, high intensity and short duration activities. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Gold Creatine is added with taurine to enhance the absorption of creatine itself, improving its transport to the muscles.
