Gold Glutamine is a supplement in tablets of Kyowa Quality® Glutamine, a product of plant origin.

Glutamine is an amino acid naturally produced by the body; however, in moments of intense power sport activity or overtraining, the body is unable to produce enough. Its integration therefore allows the muscle to maintain the right amount, preventing the onset of muscle proteolysis phenomena.

Gold Glutamine is also added with HMB (Hydroxy Methyl Butyrate), an amino acid precursor of leucine that supports protein synthesis , promoting better post-workout recovery in fitness and crossfit or after intense training and long-lasting competitions. In particular, HMB has an important ergogenic and anti-catabolic effect, significantly reducing muscle damage resulting from training, and therefore, pain and muscle fatigue .

Gold Glutamine is indicated for the recovery phases in the post workout, thanks also to its support activity for the immune system. It is a supplement suitable for everyone because it is lactose-free and gluten-free .

How to use

We recommend up to 5 tablets a day, to be swallowed a little at a time with a large sip of water, preferably after training.
