Gold Melatonin what it is for
Food supplement in two-layer swallowable tablets based on melatonin and dry extracts of lemon balm, oats and griffonia, indicated in all physiological conditions of increased need for these elements. The melatonin contained in it contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep and to alleviate, when necessary, the effects of the jet leg. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin just before bedtime. To counteract the effects of the jet leg, the product must be taken on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination. The dry extracts of oats, griffonia and lemon balm promote mental well-being and relaxation, as well as maintaining a normal mood (Griffonia and Melissa).

How to use Gold Melatonin
It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day.
