Food Supplement Of Melatonin

Food supplement of melatonin of purity not less than 99%, in liquid form and easily dosable thanks to the dropper.

Melatonin naturally present in the body maintains the physiological rhythms of the sleep-wake cycle; its supplementation (1 mg) can be useful to promote falling asleep.

Melatonin

Molecule naturally produced by the body: it is secreted by the pineal gland (also called epiphysis) and its effects are very well known. Thanks to the secretion of this substance, based on the alternation of light and dark, the body regulates itself by alternating sleep and wake cycles (circadian rhythm). It is not a sleeping pill and has no pharmacological effects on the quality and length of sleep, but it favors physiological rhythms thanks to the restorative effect on the sleep-wake cycle. It is produced in the evening with a peak between 2 and 4 am. During the day its production is minimal.

Ingrediants

Melatonin (degree of purity not less than 99%); glycerol; potassium sorbate; acidifier: citric acid.


How to use

It is recommended to take 4 drops a day, equivalent to 1 mg of melatonin, in the evening before going to bed, as is or diluted in a little water.

For pregnant or lactating women it is recommended to seek the advice of the doctor.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
