Food supplement with melatonin , GABA , valerian , passion flower and California poppy .
It contributes to the reduction of the time needed to fall asleep (melatonin). The beneficial effect of melatonin is obtained by taking 1 mg of the substance just before bedtime. Contributes to optimal relaxation and improves sleep quality by reducing nocturnal awakenings (valerian and California poppy). Helps to fall asleep and contributes to mental well-being (passionflower). Helps the regular function of the nervous system (vitamins B3 and B6). It contributes to maintaining the psychological function in good condition (Vitamins B3 and B6). Contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (Vitamin B3 and B6).

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; valerian root extract (Valerianaofficinalis L.), aerial part extract of passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.), amino butyric acidogamma (GABA); stabilizer: hydroxypropyl cellulose; dry extract of California poppy aerial part (Eschscholzia californica Cham.), nicotinamide (vitamin B3); stabilizer: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; potato starch; stabilizer: magnesium stearate; melatonin, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); stabilizer: stearic acid.
