Powder mix for shortcrust pastry. Gluten-free and lactose-free, it guarantees a perfect result, both from a gustatory and an aesthetic point of view. Ideal for pies, biscuits, tartlets and much more.

WHAT YOU NEED: 60-65 ml of water, 160 g of various seed oil and a 24/26 cm diameter pan.

METHOD OF USE: Work the contents of the preparation with 160 g of various seed oil or 160 g of cold butter (with the butter the product will contain lactose) for 2 minutes until a sandy effect is obtained. Add 60-65 ml of water and work it until the desired consistency is obtained. Leave to rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. To make a tart spread the mixture into a previously oiled mold and prick with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 165 ° C (150 ° C if ventilated) for 20-25 minutes if empty or for 30-35 minutes if stuffed.
