Nonna Anita's Powder Mix for Sponge Cake is a gluten-free product that will make you discover that preparing this difficult sweet base can be really quick and easy. To be used for filled cakes and many spoon desserts, such as trifle.

WHAT YOU NEED: 190 ml of water, a container, a pan with a diameter of 20 cm and a mixer with whips.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Pour the contents of the preparation into the container and add 190 ml of water.
Mix with a high-speed mixer for 8-10 minutes. Pour the mixture into the pan previously greased or treated with Nonna Anita Staccante Spray. Bake in a preheated oven at 165 ° C (if ventilated) or at 175 ° C (if static) for about 35-40 minutes.
