The original Gallette di mai Fior di Loto Granfragranza change format and go into the tubular packaging. They are prepared starting from the Italian corn grain simply "exploded" and compressed so that it takes the shape of the classic "wafer". An excellent substitute for bread at the table, these biscuits are gluten-free and low in fat.
