Fenugreek promotes the metabolism of carbohydrates and fats (triglycerides and cholesterol), promotes digestive function and has an emollient and soothing action useful for maintaining the well-being of the digestive system.

Tips for use

We recommend taking 1 scoop (10 ml) diluted in hot or cold water, one to three times a day at any time (10 to 30 ml per day); mix and sweeten to taste. If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. Shake before using. Graduated measuring cup included in the package.
