How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet one to three times a day (1 to 3 tablets per day); suggested at meals. Close carefully after use.

Warnings
The supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and must be used as part of a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product must be kept out of the reach of children under three years of age. Do not consume on an empty stomach and on the same day as taking other products containing green tea (in fact, it is recommended not to take a daily amount of EGCG equal to or greater than 800 mg). The product must not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women and by children under the age of 18.
