Ingrediants
Griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC) Baill.] Seeds es (25% 5-hydroxytryptophan) corresponding to 5-hydroxytryptophan, microcrystalline cellulose, maispregelatinised starch, silica from bamboo [Bambusa bambos (L.) Voss] young stems. Constituents of the capsule of vegetable origin: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

How to use
Take 1-2 capsules a day, with main meals.
Warnings
Not to be used during pregnancy and lactation. If you are taking antidepressant or anxiolytic drugs, consult your doctor before taking the product. Do not exceed the recommended daily doses. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. The product does not replace a varied diet. It must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet, following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity.
