Group B plus what is it for
Group B plus is a food supplement based on choline, which helps to support liver functions and the correct metabolism of homocysteine , associated with riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamins B6 and B12 and folic acid useful for counteracting the feeling of tiredness and fatigue , thiamine and biotin, which contribute to normal energy metabolism.

- Vitamin B1 : involved in the metabolism of sugars and amino acids, its deficiency affects the energy metabolism and is a sign of fatigue. Helps the normal functioning of the neuro-muscular system.
- Vitamin B2: essential for metabolic functions and cellular respiration processes.
- Vitamin B6 : protection of the myelin sheaths of the nervous system, intervenes in the metabolism of amino acids.
- Vitamin B5: involved in the energy metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids, intervenes in the functioning of the nervous system and adrenal glands, and is an essential component of every cell.
