INGREDIENTS: water, corn starch, brown rice flour 13%, sunflower seeds 4%, linseed 4%, dextrose, dried mother yeast 2% (corn flour, corn starch, quinoa flour, rice flour ), chia seeds (Salvia Hispanica) cold ground 1%, thickeners: guar seed flour, hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose; high oleic sunflower oil, yeast, iodized salt, soy protein, rice oil, vegetable fiber: psyllium, rice protein, quinoa flour, flavoring. LACTOSE-FREE. Lactose less than 0.01g per 100g. It may contain traces of mustard , sesame seeds , lupine . Packaged in a protective atmosphere and treated with ethyl alcohol on the surface. Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources.
