The Mitsouko Eau de Parfum perfume in the iconic golden bee bottle.
The so-called "bee" bottle was created in 1853 by the Pochet & du Courval glassworks to contain the Eau de Cologne Impériale intended for the Empress Eugenie. Its friezes, inspired by the dome of the Vendôme column, are adorned with 69 golden bees, a symbol of the empire. Each frieze and each bee are finely gilded by expert hands according to the same technique used a century earlier. Today the bottle celebrates its 160th birthday and continues to affirm its uniqueness; it can contain the perfume you prefer and, on request, be personalized with your initials.
