Treatment of canker sores and mouth injuries

Mouth ulcers or canker sores are painful sores that appear on the tongue, gums, roof of the mouth, or on the inside of the lips or cheeks. Removing the top layer of the oral mucosa leaves the nerve cells exposed. Food, drink, air, and saliva can irritate these nerve endings, causing even more pain and slowing the healing process.

This is why ulcers can affect the ability to concentrate, eat, drink, and even speak normally. The good news is we have a remedy.

GUM® Afta Clear® gel acts as a barrier to protect the wound, promote healing and provide pain relief, so you can return to normal life as quickly as possible.

How to use

Apply a thick layer up to 3 times a day, after eating, for a week, unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor or pharmacist. It is recommended to avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after application.
