How does it work?

Brush your teeth and rinse your mouth with water, then chew one of the cherry-flavored tablets for 30 seconds without swallowing. The tablet will cause the plaque that has accumulated on the teeth to turn red, making it very easy to spot. At that point, you can brush or floss those areas until your teeth are completely clean.
