Green Tea Gunpowder Green Tea
It is the best known green tea in the world, with small rolled leaves and a fresh and pungent taste.
The Verde Gunpowder is obtained from the leaves of the tea plant (Camellia sinesi L.) which are not fermented and which do not undergo oxidative effects. The name derives from the English term which means "gunpowder" because at the end of its processing, the leaves roll up on themselves resembling small dark green spheres, similar to gunpowder.
It has an intense aroma and its flavor is slightly sour and bitter.
It may contain traces of gluten, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame.
