THE FIRST TORTELLINO IS COMING!
Taste Italy, a Modena-based company, presented the new GustaMente gluten-free tortellini, the first in the world, at the Gluten Free Expo 2015. The new fresh pasta is produced by Antonio Montanini's agro-food company in a historic pasta factory in Budrio, in the province of Bologna. In addition to the tortellini, Taste Italy also presented the Tortelloni, the Ravioli and the original Balanzoni, all stuffed and prepared following the recipes of the Emilia-Romagna tradition reinterpreted in a healthy way.

GustaMente products, at the moment, are the only gluten-free filled pasta on the Italian market that can be stored for a few months at room temperature. Distributed in pharmacies and parapharmacies, it will also land in large-scale distribution, as well as on the foreign market.
