How to wear it

Wear the belt over your underwear or over a light garment. Orient the vertex of the V-junction downward. Position the belt so that it is centered with respect to the lumbar spine and the lower edge is level with the coccyx. Check that the belt fits snugly against the lumbar region and, if necessary, shape the splints. Exercise a symmetrical traction and close the belt with the special hook and loop fastener.
