Hanf Natur Sativa Hemp Seed Oil - Organic Farming
Oil prepared with a selected variety of hemp seeds from organic farming. The delicate cold pressing allows to keep the properties of these precious seeds unaltered, thus obtaining an oil rich in essential fatty acids, in particular those of the omega-3 family.
In fact, hemp oil has a content of omega-3 fatty acids equal to 16.5g per 100g of product.
Oil with a pleasant nutty flavor, ideal for dressing salads, sauces and other cold dishes. Its use is not recommended for kitchens at high temperatures and frying: the essential fatty acids in fact are very sensitive to heat and would be destroyed by such high temperatures.
How to use
For proper prevention, it is recommended to take about 20 g of hemp oil per day. Hemp oil is not suitable for children weighing less than 15 kg.
