Description
Dietary supplement based on rhodiola, noni, St. John's wort and griffons, with magnesium and vitamin B6.
Rhodiola and noni are toned in case of physical or mental fatigue. Hypericum and Griffonia contribute to normal mood and relaxation and mental well-being. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function.
Vegan.

Rhodiola root dry extract ( Rhodiola rosea L.) titrated 3% rosavin, noni succodel fruit powder ( Morinda citrifolia L., maltodextrin), St. John's wort herb confiori dry extract ( Hypericum perforatum L.) titrated 0.3% hypericin and <1, 5% total hyperforins, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, magnesium hydroxide, griffonia semi-dry extract [ Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill., Maltodextrin, anhydrous silica colloidal] titrated 20% in 5-hydroxytryptophan; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); dye: titanium dioxide.

Gluten free and naturally lactose free.

How to use
Take 1-2 capsules a day, to be swallowed with water, preferably in the evening.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
If you take medications, ask your doctor for advice before using the product because St. John's wort extract can interfere with their metabolism and also inhibit their activity. Hypericum extract is contraindicated in children and adolescents.
For the use of the product during pregnancy and lactation it is advisable to consult the doctor's opinion.
