Low protein and phenylalanine caramel cookies. Preparations with ingredients that made it possible to obtain biscuits with a reduced intake of proteins and amino acids, with controlled quantities of sodium and potassium. Indicated in the nutrition of people suffering from chronic renal insufficiency, phenylketonuria and other aminoacidopathies.

Wheat starch; sugar cane; potato starch; cornstarch; maltodextrin, sunflower oil; fibers (inulin, oligofructose); modified tapioca starch; emulsifier (E471, E475 and soy lecithin); leavening agent (E450, E500); coloring (caramel 0.4%); thickener (methylcellulose); aroma; antioxidant (tocopherol); iron; vitamin blend.
