Protein-free vanilla biscuits prepared with special ingredients, which made it possible to obtain biscuits with a very low intake of proteins and amino acids, lactose-free, with controlled quantities of sodium and potassium. Indicated in the nutrition of people suffering from chronic renal insufficiency, phenylketonuria and other aminoacidopathies.

Potato starch; wheat starch; vegetable margarine; sugar cane; starch ditapioca; glucose; thickener: guar gum; coloring: caramel; leavening agent: ammonium carbonate; aroma: vanillin; iron; vitamin B1; vitamin B2; vitamin B6; niacin.
