It is the most important mineral involved in the production of healthy red blood cells. It helps to transport oxygen and vital nutrients to all parts of the body, to regulate metabolic functions and to provide a feeling of strength, vigor and vitality.
This supplement has a gentle formulation on the stomach and does not cause irritation, constipation or diarrhea. The addition of Vitamin C favors the absorption of iron.
Useful in case of lack of dietary intake or increased need.

Free of yeast, gluten, starch, wheat and milk derivatives (lactose).

How to use
