Omega 3s are a category of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), in particular EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). They are indispensable for their organism. They can only be assimilated through a healthy and balanced diet of all nutrients because our body cannot produce them in sufficient quantities to satisfy all needs. Vitamins are essential micronutrients for the child as they are important enzymatic cofactors and participate in numerous biological processes.

Kidz Omega ™ Liquid by HealthAid® is an Omega 3 supplement, in particular EPA and DHA, enriched with vitamins A, D, E, C, folic acid in a tasty liquid emulsion flavored with berries. Vitamin A , C, D and folic acid contribute to the normal function of the immune system ; Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal teeth. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and to the maintenance of normal vision . Daily intake of EPA (docosahexaenoic acid) and DHA contributes to normal heart function .

How to use

Children from 1 to 12 years of age, one tablespoon (10ml) per day.
