Krill oil (whale food in Norwegian) is obtained from very small crustaceans (Euphausia Superba), which live mainly in the cold waters of the Antarctic. These tiny shrimps represent an essential food source for the survival of numerous marine species such as: cetaceans, whales, blue fish, penguins and water birds.

Krill oil is known for its high nutritional value, and for its properties:

- it is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, in particular omega 3 such as docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) in phospholipid form as well as omega 6 and omega 9;

- contains a significant amount of antioxidants, in particular astaxanthin, 2 times more powerful than beta-carotene and zeaxanthin;

- it contains excellent quantities of phosphatidylcholine, a phospholipid strongly present in cell membranes, but also the main constituent of lecithin, a cholesterol-lowering molecule.

INGREDIANTS

Antarctic Krill Lipid Extract (Euphasia superba), Capsule: Gelatin, Sorbitol, Glycerin; Aromas: Vanillin.

METHOD OF USE

Adults and children over 6 years of age, two capsules a day with a glass of water.

WARNINGS

Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Krill oil is contraindicated for those with fish or shellfish allergies.
In case of using anticoagulant drugs consult your doctor before taking the supplement.
