How to use

1. Collect the stool sample in the stool collection paper or clean collection containers. Use the paper for the collection of feces, avoiding contamination of the sample.
2. Unscrew the cap of the specimen collection tube, randomly thread the specimen collection applicator into the faecal specimen in at least 3 different places.
3. Screw and tighten the cap on the sample collection tube, shake the sample collection tube vigorously to mix the sample and extraction buffer for 2 minutes
4. Remove the test card from the foil pouch and use it as soon as possible.
5. Open the cap of the sample collection tube and break off the tip.
6. Invert the sample collection tube and transfer 2 full drops of the extracted sample into the sample well (S) of the test card, then start the timer.
7. Read the result after 10 minutes. Do not interpret after 20 minutes.
