Hemortrofine Gel

Class IIa medical device for the treatment of internal haemorrhoids (haemorrhoids located slightly inside the anal orifice).
Hemortrofine Gel for internal application is a hypertonic, viscous, osmotically active solution. When applied to the surface of the hemorrhoid, Hemorrhoid Gel forms a film on the hemorrhoid and mechanically attracts the hypotonic fluid present under or around the affected surface. This strong outward flow of liquid from the tissue helps reduce edema and consequently the size of the hemorrhoid. Likewise, the outflow of liquid minimizes contaminants around the hemorrhoids and this decreases pain, irritation, itching and burning sensation. The progressive reduction in size of the hemorrhoids and a clean environment facilitate their regression.

Composition
Glycerol, water, Pilecyanidin-I (extracts of Vitis Vinifera and Vaccinium Macrocarpon), Linum usitatissimum oil, essential oil of peppermint.

How to use
Read the instructions carefully. After washing your hands, lie down on the bed, remove the cap of the tube and press the tube to dispense enough product to cover the tip of a clean and dry finger. Gently insert the tip of the finger into the rectum and apply the product directly on the surface of the hemorrhoids. You can repeat the procedure after 2-3 minutes. Clean the tip of the tube using a clean wipe after each use and close the tube with the cap. To wash hands. For very young patients, the product should be applied by an adult or at least with adult supervision and / or assistance. Apply preferably after each bowel movement, not exceeding the recommended dosage: 2 to 4 applications per day.

Warnings
This product is intended for topical use only (inside the rectal cavity). It must not be ingested. Wash your hands with soap and warm water before and after use. To reduce the risk of cross-infection, each tube should preferably be used by one patient only.
Check the composition of Emortrofine Gel and do not use it in case of allergy or sensitivity to one or more ingredients used for the preparation of the product. Do not apply together with other topical treatments for hemorrhoids.
We recommend that you seek medical attention if no improvement is observed within 7-10 days of using Hemortrofine Gel. Emortrofine Gel can be used by adults and children over 6 years of age, without exceeding the recommended dosage. This product can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding on the advice of a doctor or gynecologist. Due to the composition of the product (this product does not contain harmful ingredients) and its mechanical and topical mode of action, interactions with any systemic treatment are unlikely. We suggest that you protect your underwear from any stains.
Hemortrofine Gel is not dangerous if ingested. This medical device contains glycerol which may cause digestive problems (e.g. diarrhea). In some cases, slight local irritation may be observed after application which will disappear after a few minutes. If any type of allergic reaction is observed, discontinue use of the product and rinse the rectal surface thoroughly with fresh, clean water and finally consult a doctor.

Close the tube with the plastic lid after each use. Keep the product out of the reach and sight of children. Store at room temperature, do not freeze and do not refrigerate. Do not use the product if the tube is damaged, after the expiration date or more than 30 days after the first use.
Validity for intact packaging: 24 months.
Validity after opening: 1 month.
